Hello my beautiful friends. I want to start by saying thank you. Thank you for coming here to look for an update. It means you care and we are truly blessed to have so many people who do.
I got to talk to Amos a couple times today. He is allergic to Morphine. They tried liquid Morphine today and he found out he is still alergic. It makes him very nauseous. He wasn’t feeling well when I called.
He sleeps tilted up on his back and can’t find any other comfortable positions. Now that he has had his lung drained from his back a few times, it is getting painful to sleep on his back. That was the last option. He said he will figure something out.
He said he has a lot of pain from the port site in his stomach where they placed the catheter yesterday but at least the pressure from the fluid is gone.
I can’t wait to see him tomorrow. I am so thankful to Evan and Sandi and all who have cared for him while I have been gone.
This weekend has been an amazing opportunity for us to learn and help grow our understanding of the social media universe and how to improve our role in it. It’s vastness is like deep space going on in a seemingly infinite way.
We learned that there is room for everyone in this place so feeling competitive isn’t productive. In this universe, those who collaborate and work well to build up others tend to flourish. It’s wonderful that an attitude of abundance and inclusion can yield more in this arena than the normal cut-throat, competition driven business world where there is limited space. Daryl Eves shared some great wisdom that I plan to apply. We also have lots of plans for some incredible collaborations after our America’s Got Talent adventure.
The other thing we learned today is that the new song our kids wrote called “OK Day” is going to be a hit someday. It was received incredibly well in the live shows both yesterday and today. We can’t wait for the opportunity to record it.
Today was really fun. Kirra got to be on stage for a magic trick with Stuart Edge. I went to some cool classes and we saw excellent musical performances and met lots of new friends.
We celebrated a birthday for the friend we are traveling with today. My Sister Missie is amazing because she and Eddy had us over for dinner and birthday 🎂 cake for Stephanie. I hope Stephanie had a great day. I know we did.
Before CVX Live today, Evie had the chance to sing the national anthem for a veteran’s lacrosse game at the University of Utah. That was really special for her.
