Hillary Abplanalp was a high schoool music teacher in Arizona for 10 years and is a singer/songwriter of sacred music. She sings with the Spire Chorus and Cinematic POP. At Brigham Young University, she was coached by Mack Wilberg and Clayne Robinson and was the National Choral Student of the Year in 1995 and 1996. She founded Hillmin School of Music in downtown Mesa in 2001, started Inspire Youth in 2014, and directed Michael McLean’s Forgotten Carol’s choir in 2001. Hillary began a successful family blog in 2016 when her husband was diagnosed with cancer. The next year her daughter, Evie Clair, was a finalist on America’s Got Talent and her husband passed away. Currently she manages her daughter career and cares for her four other children.
