Amos took me on a date tonight. I really liked the movie Arrival but I’m mostly grateful my date was able to stay awake. He also took me to Baskin Robbins where they had camouflage waffle cones to celebrate Veteran’s Day. Eating ice cream is so exciting for him since his new cancer treatment is more friendly to cold things.
We got great news today for Evie today. She was invited to be a part of the Mormon.org Christmas initiative again this year. We aren’t sure about the details yet, but she loved being part of it last year and is excited to be asked again.
We found out Porter can’t wrestle until we get another clearance from a doctor specifically because his percentage of body fat is too low. We will try to get him cleared on Monday. His coach did say he is doing a phenomenal job at practice every day and becoming quite a leader on his team. I know that pleases Amos.
We are set for tomorrow’s Veteran’s Day run. Be sure to come out for lots of fun to honor our Veterans and thank them for serving our country.
Also, please let me know if you want to come to the movie night fundraiser that Gilbert High is doing for Amos Monday night. I can save you a seat.
If you have a business you want to promote by donating a gift basket or coupon to the silent auction, that would be so appreciated. Spread the word friends.
